In October 2016, the United Nations General Assembly will discuss disability-inclusive policies.
Ms. Catalina Devandas-Aguilar, the Special Rapporteur on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, is conducting a study to gather data and constructive information to present at the event. She has devised a questionnaire and welcomes all input, from organisations to individuals.

The survey aims to investigate the right of persons with disabilities to participate in decision-making. It does this through enquiring about the legislative and policy framework concerning support services, accessibility, non-discrimination, and the implementation and monitoring of the Sustainable Development Goals for persons with disabilities in your country.

Please find the questionnaire available in word format in English, French or Spanish here.

The European Disability Forum are also interested to hear your views. Please include them when sending your responses.
